CEO and Founders, Tim and Mary Coonce are one of Boulder County’s most experienced home builders. Tim Coonce is a fifth generation building contractor, and construction and community responsibility are in his blood. Tim’s great, great grandfather helped to rebuild Chicago after the “Great Fire” of 1871! Mary Coonce has become the face of Porchfront Homes, and together with Tim, she has assembled a professional team with that same dedication, sense of responsibility, and experience. In an industry with high employee turnover, Porchfront has maintained a consistent and loyal staff. Our Project Managers have been with Porchfront for almost 20 years and are considered part of the family. What began as a small family owned business continues to operate with that same commitment and responsibility today.

Committed to the community
Porchfront is proud to provide both financial and volunteer participation in the community. This includes events such as Rock N Rails, Lobster Fest, Dancing Under the Stars, Jazz Fest, Niwot Mile, and Erie Air Fair. It is important to us to participate in these events to not only help raise money for charitable causes but also to connect with members of our community.
Marshall Fire Task Force
Porchfront Homes is a proud member of the Home Builders Association (HBA) Mashall Fire Task Force. This organization helps victims of the fire find accurate information on rebuilding, finding a builder and/or contractor, and preventing scams and further loss. Porchfront Homes has already begun quite a few rebuilds in Superior and Louisville, and plan on starting many more in the future. We are honored to help those who tragically lost everything in the Marshall Fires, and the unthinkable challenges they faced with grace and strength.
